On Wednesday, August 26, Sun East hosted 35 members of the community, including many local non-profit leaders and members of the Aston Business Association, for a meet-up. The event provided opportunities for organizations to learn about each other and to consider building beneficial partnerships that strengthen the community. Facilitated networking activities made it easy for conversations to start. “Mocktails” in Sun East’s signature colors, created and served by Lauren Archer of The Sassy Barrel, were among the appreciated refreshments, and live jazz by the talented James Austin Melton rounded out a lovely evening.
