Board Member
Angela M. Jacobsen, CAP, CFRE joined the board of the Foundation in 2011 and has served as Vice-Chair since that time. Angela has spent most of her career in the non-profit sector and has served on several non-profit boards. Angela is Regional Director of Development at YMCA of Bucks County. Highlights of her career include Elwyn where she was Executive Director of Development and Communications, Bowman’s Hill Wildflower Preserve where she was Director of Development and Doylestown Hospital where she was Capital Campaign Manager for the new Emergency Department.
Angela has a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy Designation from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania and is a Certified Fundraising Executive. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Delaware Valley University and resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
