Jessica McBride is an accomplished Operations Leader with over 20 years of experience in corporate, government and not for profit organizations. Working in an array of industries such as settlement, legal, finance, healthcare and education has given her the unique experience of seeing individual and team interactions in multiple settings. She uses this knowledge in her writing and teachings about leadership, behavioral economics and change management.
Jessica holds a BA in Psychology, an MBA, is certified in Change Management, holds a Project Management Professional license, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is certified in Behavioral Economics from the Chicago Booth school of business.
She is an avid dog lover, amateur photographer and spends as much of her time as possible on travel adventures with her husband. Jessica currently lives outside of Philadelphia in an 1870’s schoolhouse with her husband and two dogs.
